Who These Terms Cover

These terms apply to your use of this website and to the “Professional Training” program (Email and Newsletter Production) offered by PWA (AGENCIES) LIMITED, Company Number HE 404308, VAT Number CY10404308E, registered at 9 Zinonos Kitieos Street, 2406 Engomi, Nicosia, Cyprus.

The Nature of the Program

The training is educational. It teaches AI-assisted newsletter production, including strategy, writing and layout, consent and list hygiene, testing, and reporting, so that a learner can offer this as a paid service. It is not a job offer, a staffing placement, or a guarantee of client work.

Pricing

The Professional Training program is priced at RM1,497. Optional add-ons, including the Bonus: Package and Pitch the Service module (RM167) and the Client Outreach Message Pack (RM37), are priced and described separately. Because a final plan is customized to coaching hours, pace, add-ons and support level, the exact plan and any additional cost are confirmed with you directly before you commit, rather than through an automated checkout.

Acceptable Use of the Skill

Learners must not use skills or materials from this training to purchase, scrape, or improperly share contact lists, to hide sender identity or unsubscribe options, or to send unsolicited email. The training is intended for permission-based newsletter production only.
